Encompassing more than 15 years of CRO industry experience, Shana brings a well-rounded view of the complexities of running clinical trials. She has experience with various aspects of operations, training, leadership development, change management and commercial operations. With this experience comes a unique ability to understand the needs of our sponsors in collaborating with our operations team to develop proposals and contracts built to meet their unique needs. Shana is also a leadership coach and facilitator, bringing years of experience to helping individuals and teams realize their greatest potential. Shana’s passion for focused research within the oncology space grew out of personal experience with family and friends who have faced various types of cancer and often without access to the latest clinical trials. She is committed to helping our sponsors bring life-saving therapies to patients by ensuring high touch service from development of proposals to contract execution.
